  • Served as a Municipal Judge in Pemberton Township from 1977-1984.

  • Member of the Municipal Judges Association and Municipal Court Committee.

  • Has served as Solicitor for numerous township planning boards and Municipal Authorities, and has served as Solicitor for Bass River Township.

  • Mr. McCrink has successfully argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court four times and the New Jersey Appellate Court on numerous occasions, and has a landmark environmental case Birchwood Lakes Colony Club v. Borough of Medford.
